Oh, holy and eternal light born into this world for the retention of our souls, and free them for all sin, enter my heart and bring me peace, the peace of your mercy and of your hope in the beauty of all that is good, to sustain you.

Oh, holy and eternal light, let your heart be one heart with me to give me strength, to walk in all that is good, pure, and true.

Oh, holy and eternal light sanctify me in your mercy and bring peace to all man this day.
